Full-Time Staff

Lisa Pierce [lisa@arm-al.org]: As the founder and director of ARM, I am really excited about the potential we have for ministry in our state. We have been working with some incredible families who make each day worthwhile. I graduated from Auburn University and have a Masters from The University of West Alabama where ARM began. I love working with people in the rural communities and getting to know them and their amazing stories. Although originally from Daytona Beach, I consider Alabama home. I have been working with the National Guard since 1990 and am currently a Lieutenant Colonial and just enjoying serving  in the Spirit of our Lord and Savior!

Kimberly Miller Dixon [kim@arm-al.org] : Kim first came on the ARM team in 2001 as a day camp counselor while a student in Livingston. She started her own mentoring ministry with our day camp kids. Kim eventually came on staff for nine months in a full time status and helped us develop another site. She and her husband Brandon have cared for foster children in Alabama, Alaska, and Florida, but are now back with us. Kim earned  a bachelors in psychology and sociology  from the University of West Alabama. She loves the outdoors and has a special heart for our children, families, and the summer staff that serve with us. She is our associate director and organizes with our summer mission camps.

Nikki Zeaser [nikki@arm-al.org]: Nikki also served with us this summer as a construction coordinator in Livingston and is continuing her service as she works for a  Civil Engineering degree at Auburn. Nikki is a true carpenter at heart and loves to design and build elaborate decks and ramps. She loves visiting with our families and learning stories from our volunteers.

Sandy Sweeney [sandy@arm-al.org ]: Sandy came on our staff January 2009 and serves as the financial wizard. She carefully monitors anything and everything to do with managing our resources and tracks all of our donations and correspondance. Sandy is our prayer warrior and through her work we’ve seen really amazing miracles! She lives in Auburn but is from Cincinnati, Ohio.

Steve Albritton [steve@arm-al.org]:  Steve comes to ARM after over 20 years in residential and commercial construction. He has been married for 26 years to his childhood sweetheart Amy. She has been teaching in the Alabama Public School System for almost 25 years. They have 2 sons, Jake 21, a junior at Auburn and Josh 17 a senior at Macon East Academy.
