We’d love to host your team during Spring Break, Fall Break, Winter/Christmas break, or during a time that fits your schedule. Just let us know when you’re available to serve with our home repair ministry in Macon and Lee counties! This is a great opportunity for campus ministries, youth groups, Sunday School classes, or for families.
When Can We Come?
|Spring Break 2018||You could just spend another day on the beach… or you could join us as we work for God’s kingdom in rural Alabama! Spring Breaks on mission with ARM are a fantastic way to deepen your faith as you love and serve others. Spend the whole week with us by arriving on Sunday, serving Monday – Thursday, and departing on Friday. Or, spend the weekend with us by arriving on Friday, serving on Saturday, and departing on Sunday.
Want to make it educational too? Tuskegee boasts a rich civil rights history with 2 national historic museums – Tuskegee Institute and Tuskegee Airmen. You’re also a short drive from Montgomery and not too far from Selma. We are more than happy to make time for your team to explore the important history of Alabama and the civil rights movement as you serve with us.
|Fall Break 2018||Come serve over a weekend (or extended weekend) in late September or early October! Contact Joe at firstname.lastname@example.org to check on your team’s dates!|
|Winter Break 2018||Your team can also serve during the Christmas holidays! Please contact Joe at email@example.com or call at (334) 501-4276 x100 if you’d like to ask about certain dates or have any other questions.|
|Custom Weekend Mission Retreats||Give us a call or email to find a weekend for your team to serve! Please contact Joe at (334) 501-4276 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more.|
How Can We Register?
Don’t forget that your registration is not complete until your registration fee is paid! More details below.
Where Do We Serve?
Our year-round mission trip opportunities are hosted at our Tuskegee mission site. Your team will be serving families in Lee and Macon counties primarily through home repair. You can click here for more information about our Tuskegee mission site.
How Much Does it Cost?
Your group pays a one-time registration fee of $50 to secure your dates of service. This fee is non-refundable unless your requested dates are already booked or if we are unable to provide agreeable dates of service. Registration for all dates is first-come, first-serve and your registration is not complete until your registration fee is received.
Per Person Costs
|Full Week Spring/Christmas Break Mission
||$215 per person
$15 off for college teams – $200 per person!
|Extended Weekend Fall Break Mission||$120 per person|
|Weekend Mission||$75 per person|
|Custom Length Mission||We’ll determine a cost that fits!|
These costs include your lodging and the purchase of materials for your mission projects. Meals and transportation to and from your work site are not included.
What Do We Need to Provide?
Meals are not provided. However, your group will have access to kitchen facilities.
Each of your team’s work crews will need to provide its own transportation to travel to and from its work site.
Your group will be divided into work crews of 4-7 people. Youth groups must have a minimum of one (preferably two) adults per work crew. You will also need one construction knowledgeable person per crew. Each crew is responsible for providing their own transportation, water cooler, and first aid kit. We recommend you bring basic tools such as hammers, gloves, and cordless drills. Bringing as many tools as possible is encouraged.
Here’s a packing list with a few things we’d recommend that all your volunteers bring along with them.

All volunteers will be required to complete a medical release form as well as a release of liability form (to be received later).
