Meet the Staff

ARM employs one full-time and one part-time staff and temporarily hires a small army of college students during the summer months.

Jill Jones [ jill@arm-al.org ] - Jill joined ARM in 2007 as Administrative Assistant.  She graduated from Auburn University in December 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  She looks forward to serving the ministry as it continues to grow and reach out to others in the local community and beyond. 

Joe O'Neal [ joneal@arm-al.org ]- Joe recently joined us in the summer of 2007 as a construction coordinator. He and his family are answering a call into full time Christian service. Joe resigned his job and came on board with us. What is amazing is that he is raising his own support! What an incredible leap of faith. Joe has over 25 years of experience in residential construction.. He has lent incredible expertise to our ministry. Come join us so you can work with Joe! Again, Joe is raising his own support and could use your help- every little bit is a tremendous help for him. Lisa Pierce [ lisa@arm-al.org ] - As the founder and director of ARM, I am really excited about the potential we have for ministry in our state. We have been working with some incredible families who make each day worthwhile. I graduated from Auburn University in 1995 with a degree in Animal Science. I love working with people in the rural communities and getting to know them. Although originally from Daytona Beach, I consider Alabama home. I have been working with the National Guard since 1990 and served for a year in Iraq.

Matt Hughes- Matt is our web guru and was on on our summer staff in 2004. He has a background in building science from Auburn and builds websites for construction companies. Matt also helps out with local efforts and during training events.
