Justin is looking forward to serving as the Site Leader at our Tuskegee mission site this summer. He is a Masters of Divinity student at Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC where he is working toward ordination in the United Methodist Church. Justin grew up in southern West Virginia and completed his undergraduate degree in Music at Berea College in Berea, KY.
Betsy is from Clemson, South Carolina, and she is in her junior year at Clemson University. She is an English major pursuing minors in both Education and Spanish language. She served as a Site Leader at our Livingston site last summer and as a Day Camp Coordinator the summer before that! She is very excited to be returning to ARM for her third summer as the Site Leader in Livingston. Betsy is a WyldLife (YoungLife for middle schoolers) leader, so she spends lots of her time loving on middle school students. She has previously worked with middle school and high school students leading different small groups and Bible studies. Betsy is excited to see how the Lord works this summer!
Day Camp Counselors
Robyn is a sophomore at The University of Alabama majoring in management with a minor in human development. She was baptized on December 7, 2014 and since then has done her best to be a mentor to the youth in her community. Robyn’s long term goal is to found a children’s camp for building self esteem, values, work ethic, and a love of God.
Rebecca is from Front Royal, VA and an upcoming freshman at Liberty University. She plans to major in Global Studies. This will be her fifth summer serving with ARM, and her second year on summer staff. Last year Rebecca served as a Day Camp Counselor in Livingston. She is a WyldLife leader, and spends much of her time loving on middle schoolers. Rebecca is looking forward to camp, and to see God move this summer!
Ashley is from a small town by the name of Midway, Alabama. Currently, she is a graduating senior at Tuskegee University. Her major is Psychology and she will have a minor in Bioethics. Ashley is a member of Great Hope AME Church in Midway, Alabama. In her spare time, she loves walking through the park with her dog Celia, reading novels, and volunteering at the local schools. This will be her first year with the ARM program and she is very excited!
Adrienne is a senior at the University of West Alabama. Her major is Elementary Education, and when she graduates, she will be getting her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Children and ministry are Adrienne’s passion, and she loves anything that involves being outdoors. She also loves to read, watch movies, and spend time with friends and family. This is not her first summer being involved with day camps that involve children, but this is Adrienne’s first summer with ARM.
Megan is a senior at University of North Florida studying elementary education. She lives in Jacksonville, FL with her family and their three dogs. She loves being involved in her college ministry and has recently picked up ballroom dancing with her friends.
Richard is a sophomore at Auburn University studying Building Science. He has been a Christian since he was eight years old. Richard enjoys anything and everything outdoors, sports of any kind, country music, and building anything that can be imagined. War Eagle!
Jordan is a sophomore Architecture major attending Tuskegee University. He currently holds positions as a journalist for Tuskegee’s Campus Digest (newspaper), the events planner/ programmer for Tuskegee’s chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architect Students, and is the treasurer of a student founded organization called Operation Impact. Jordan is very excited to meet everyone and get started on home repair ministry this summer.
Brian is a junior (almost a senior somehow) at Auburn University studying computer science. He spends most of his time doing homework or playing video games. Brian also greatly enjoys soccer (playing), football (watching and/or playing), and doing nothing. If you’re interested in computers, he can probably tell you enough about them to change that 😉 Brian is really look forward to getting to know everyone this summer. War Eagle!
