Summer Staff is made up of college aged students (ages 18 and older) who coordinate all of the activities and ministry at ARM. We are searching for mature, young Christian adults to be part of both the home repair staff and the day camp staff. Home repair staff guide youth construction teams through their projects. The day camp staff will design Bible study programs, recreational, and educational activities for 30-40 children ranging in age from 5-12 years. The entire staff will work together to design evening devotional experiences for the youth teams. These are designed to reinforce and expand our call to spread the gospel and share the love of Christ as well as open eyes to the issues of poverty that surround us.
