Summer Staff Application
Be forewarned, the work is very demanding. The hours are long. Time off is rare. What is the reward? God will move in your life like never before!
Summer Staff is made up of college students (ages 18-24) who coordinate all of the activities and ministry at ARM. We are searching for mature, young Christian adults to be part of both the home repair staff and the day camp staff. Home repair staff guide youth construction teams through their projects. The day camp staff will design Bible study programs, recreational, and educational activities for 30-40 children ranging in age from 5-12 years. The entire staff will work together to design evening devotional programs for the youth teams. These programs are designed to explain our call to spread the gospel and share the love of Christ as well as open eyes to the issues of poverty that surround us.
The enclosed form is due by April 1, 2010. This application takes time to complete as it includes a one page statement of your faith journey and three references. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
