Executive Director and Founder
Lisa is an Ordained Deacon in the Methodist Church and a retired Army Colonel from the AL National Guard. She also serves as her District Disaster Coordinator for the Southeast District.

Harrison Lauritsen
Construction/Home Repair Coordinator
Harrison leads volunteers, ensures the necessary tools and materials are on site, and manages the construction process from planning to execution. He is a building science student at Auburn University and the president of ARM@AU.

Marcia Brown
Administrative Assistant
Marcia hales from Beuregard and loves serving. She is the first voice you will hear when calling ARM. She is our link to our donors and finance administration.

Lori Hardee
Volunteer Manager
Lori is an AU graduate, an AU Wesley Foundation alumna, and a retired educator. If you need help organizing a mission team or all things volunteer, she is eager to help!

Caleb Sutton
Operations Assistant
Caleb is working to become a pilot and graduated from AU in flight management. He has served three summers with our summer staff. He works to keep us organized and the ministry flowing well.

VISTA of Resource Development
Samantha grew up in Zambia as a missionary and loves serving! She assists in helping our neighbors needing repairs connect with helpful resources.
