Sonshine Kids Day Camp in Tuskegee is a place where children in the community get a place to survive and thrive! In rural communities there are not as many opportunities to have an all summer long camp experience where children get
to learn about Jesus, learn valuable life skills, and build lifelong friendships! Sonshine Kids Day Camp creates a seven week experience for ages 6-11 to cultivate wonder, learn awesome bible stories, and learn valuable life skills
equipping them to thrive. Mission teams each week partner with our college interns to create this amazing experience!
The cost of the camp is $10,000. By becoming a sponsor, you provide this high impact experience to 35-40 kids.
Sponsorship Details
When you sponsor a day camper, you partner with the camp and the kids will share what they are learning. First, you will receive a welcome and introduction letter. In the middle of the summer, you receive a note and craft from one of the children. Finally, the kids will shoot a closing video so you can see all their activities, what they learned, and how they grew closer to God. Don’t miss your chance to partner with a camper and bring the Bible to life and help a child thrive.

As we re-tool our summer camp, you can ensure a child like Miracle gets to have a fun, enriching, and educational experience like no other this summer by sponsoring one of the six weeks at day camp. Your sponsorship funds her arts
and crafts materials, the products for the life skills modules like small tools or the pool fees, and the scholarships for the summer interns. Sponsoring for one week is $45 or all summer for $360. Yes, you can also sponsor more
than one week and more than one child.
