Extend Love - Build More 

Mother’s Day is just around the corner on May 14, and what better way to honor that special lady in your life than sponsoring a child?! Our Sonshine Day Camp is for children ages 5-10 who don’t have a place to go for the summer. At day camp, they will learn about what it means to be a Child of God and to find their worth in him. To sponsor one child for a single week is $45 and to sponsor a child for the summer is $360. You can also make a donation to Sonshine Day Camp in any amount! These donations will help cover the cost of the day camp building, day camp staff, craft supplies, snacks, and other daily expenses.

As a sponsor, you will receive a special picture and letter from one of our day camp kids saying thank you and letting you know all of the fun stuff happening at camp! This is a great way for individuals, groups, and churches to make a positive impact on the lives of children here in Alabama. Those who sponsor a child in honor of their mother will have a special card sent to her letting her know of your donation!
