Weeks 4 & 5 of Youth Mission Camp 2018 brought us many friends from three different youth mission teams that are all a part of the Alabama West Florida Conference of the United Methodist Church!
- Demopolis UMC came to serve with us in York and extended Christ’s love with 2 families through our home repair ministry. Demopolis is located just one county over from Sumter, so we were very excited to build a new partnership with these youth and look forward to serving with them and their church more!
- Mary Esther UMC of Mary Esther FL and Trinity UMC of Ft. Walton Beach FL served with us in Tuskegee through our home repair and day camp ministries. We had so much fun together as we served! Trinity celebrated their 13th (or is it 14th?!) consecutive year of serving with us – what a BLESSING!
We are so grateful for all the sacrifice and love that these teams have shared with our home repair families and day camp children! Two more weeks of youth mission camp remain before our 20th annual summer of mission comes to a close!?
